The Grounds

The grounds at Maison Bolton offer a natural extension of the home, with meadows, forest and a private lake surrounding the estate. From the pool to the orchard and beyond, outdoor spaces invite connection, movement and calm.

The Landscape

Beyond the main house, the estate opens into rolling meadows, orchard paths and heritage structures that give the land its rhythm. The barn, open fields and surrounding greenery create a setting that feels rooted, expansive and quietly cinematic.

The Pool & Pool House

Just down from the main house, the pool and pool house create a natural place to gather, swim and dine outdoors, designed for slow days and long evenings.

The Lake

Surrounded by trees and open sky, the estate’s private lake offers a calm setting for swimming, fishing and time spent on the dock. An unstructured space designed for stillness, reflection and slow moments outdoors.

The Lakehouse

Set apart from the main house and overlooking the estate’s private lake, the Lake House offers a secluded retreat designed for stillness and connection. With uninterrupted water views, it feels quietly removed while remaining part of the estate’s natural rhythm.

Inside, the Lake House features a king-size bed, a comfortable lounge area and a private bathroom with shower, creating a self-contained space for slow mornings and unhurried evenings. Large windows frame the lake beyond, allowing light and landscape to shape the experience throughout the day.

While there is no full kitchen, a thoughtfully arranged bar area with coffee service and a mini fridge supports relaxed moments without leaving the space. Designed as a romantic hideaway, the Lake House offers an intimate escape where the lake becomes part of everyday life.
